Michael Nunan - Surround Sound Interactive Seminar

Michael Nunan
With his work for Discovery Channel Canada and their production company Exploration Production Inc., Michael has been working with HDTV and Surround mixing since 1999. In addition to his supervisory and mixing duties on more than 60 feature documentaries and over 400 episodic programs, his responsibilities have included the design of eight Post Sound Edit/Mix Suites - four of which were constructed for work in 5.1.
Michael is a member of the Canadian Cable Telecommunications Association's Digital Audio Working Group, which is working toward the industry-wide standardization of digital audio metadata. In connection with that effort, the past year he has seen his involvement in the implementation of Dolby technology in CTVs High Definition transmissions.
In his spare time, Michael is an instructor at Seneca College's School of Communication Arts where he teaches Advanced Audio for Television.
