Cubase plugin makes music sound like it's played by cellphone . .  Xeni Jardin: Mobile phone makers Nokia created some free plugins for Cubase that allow musicians to simulate the sound of their music being played on (or through) any one of Nokia's cellphones. "Is this interesting? Probably not, but I just like the idea of being able to make my recordings sound exactly like they are coming out of a mobile phone." To test the thing out, I used a MIDI file of Radiohead's 'Paranoid Android'.
