Canadian Satellite Radio plans massive investment . .  Company says it is preparing to invest $100-million in Canadian programming and infrastructure [Via The Globe and Mail - Technology News] "The company also plans to create original studio and production facilities to create unique Canadian programming in both official languages, employing the necessary staffing, including artists, radio personalities, commentators, general management and technical staff.
